Red Velvet Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting (Pick Up Only)

This has been one of the most challenging recipes for me to master. I got a recipe form my Cousin Carollyn over the phone and you know black people dont ususally use measurements, so we had to reverse engineer this cake recipe to get it right and there is a large margin for error and a lot of technique you have to figure out to get good at making this cake. Oh but when you finally figure it out, you get the most tender, not too sweet, comforting red velvet cakes you’ve ever had, I mean it’s honestly cravable! (Pick Up Only)
